Design and manufacture of a water treatment system on the surface of a Mexican mine with a capacity of 1500 gallons per minute. This system is composed with 10 Mudwizard cones installed in series with all the piping and the structure, with the objective of treating and clarifying underground mine water for reuse in a concentrator at the site. With clear water, a better gold recovery rate in their plant is observed. The Mudwizard system also eliminates sedimentation problems in their extended piping over several kilometers.
The project was spread over a full year, with a dozen people involved in the project from design to delivery.
