Technosub Group announces the acquisition of the EDDY water treatment system line from Fordia Group Inc. (Fordia powered by Epiroc). This innovative system, proven effective on exploration drilling sites and core libraries, will continue to be supported by Technosub Group through its Mudwizard division, thereby ensuring product continuity for all customers.

The integration of the EDDY system into the product offerings of Technosub Group and its Mudwizard division strengthens its commitment to providing water treatment solutions tailored to the drilling industry.

As co-leader of the mergers and acquisitions team at BCF, a leader in the Quebec mid-market, Nathalie has advised numerous executives on key transactions, thus contributing to the growth and succession of businesses.

Nathalie has also been recognized with several professional awards, including the prestigious Rising Stars award from Lexpert in 2014, which honors Canadian lawyers under 40 who have distinguished themselves the most, as well as a nomination in the 2019 edition of Best Lawyers in Canada for her expertise in commercial law. More recently, she received a nomination from Chambers Canada (2025) in the Corporate and Commercial Law category. Believing in the importance of constructive negotiations, she completed the Negotiation and Leadership program at Harvard Law School. As part of the training offered by the Collège des administrateurs de sociétés, Nathalie, in collaboration with her associate Geneviève Martin, is preparing a mergers and acquisitions training titled “Basic Guide for Directors.”

Valuing community involvement, Nathalie is a member of the executive committee, board of directors, and chair of the fundraising committee of the Jeunes en Tête Foundation, and also serves on the board of directors of Montréal Centre-ville.

Technosub continues to grow and is proud to announce the opening of a new branch in Val-d’Or, scheduled for fall 2024. This new address, located at 1534, 4th Street, Val-d’Or (QC), will become our 11th branch in Canada.

This expansion is another important step following the announcement of the opening of our Prince George branch last July. In less than two months, Technosub has opened two new branches to meet its customers’ needs.

Val-d’Or, located in Quebec’s Abitibi-Témiscamingue region, is a dynamic mining town about 100 km from Rouyn-Noranda, home to many mines and drilling companies, as well as several of our major customers. The new branch is aimed at bringing us closer to our customers, offering high-quality service and continuing to deliver innovative, sustainable industrial and mining water management solutions, in the shortest possible time.
