Custom Vertical Turbine Pump

When our client needed to replace a critical vertical turbine pump drawing drinking water from a 130-foot-deep esker well, they turned to Technosub for a solution that delivered performance, precision, and peace of mind.

The objective was clear: design and install a new pump that could match the original unit’s flow rate, operating conditions, and physical footprint while ensuring compatibility with the existing 300 hp motor already on site.

The project called for a high level of customization and technical finesse, as the new pump would be a key component in the city’s drinking water supply system. The pump also needed to comply with NSF61 standards for municipal applications—leaving no room for compromise.
